The last week or so has been so interesting for those of us who are political junkies - the go in the Fifth local municipal elections presidential debates media-types as authors authors as media-types hot-button local and national issues the Red Sox and Patriots (sooo political) media influences in politics events honors and awards and so on. The Globe has taken on its media-sister the SUN - speculating on its influence and relationship with Marty Meehan when a Congressman and now as UMASS Lowell Chancellor. They say that an Editor buys his home the cover reaps money from his birthday celebration and an editorial endorses the so-called Meehan candidate in the Fifth. The spin from the Tsongas/Ogonowski race result is running rampant on the blogosphere. The Republican flacks are commenting everywhere seeming to air the race and set the stage “their way” for 2008. Kellergate in the Fifth and KellerFlap in the book world really amuses me. If one of the Democratic primary candidates - I’d have protested approve in the summer when the LWV had Jon Keller as Moderator for their first debate - no moderation with him - or when he lined them up later on camera for ‘BZ-TV. I’ve had the Keller schedule on my desk for a week (a library loaner) and haven’t yet opened it but I finally will. The BMG posts and comments undergo been pointed and testy about our “Bluest State.” The municipal races in Lowell and Lawrence and maybe Methuen are just about ready to blow wide open now that the Fifth is settled. There’s the clash of the “manager” supporters the race between the formerly affianced the dualing views on a police chief the blow-ins blow-throughs and the nativists as come up as the Superintendent supporters versus the Headmaster supporters. A Dorchester compose and a Cambridge director screened a gritty Massachusetts flick as politicos anticipate a tax-windfall from future films on location and our locals look for the Mickey Ward film to come to Lowell. (Mickey endorsed Patrick Murphy in the 5th.) A Valley editorial claims the devalued Nobel consider has been “gored.” Red Sox Nation gasps; Patriot fans express joy; BC alums gulp and see dollar signs in the post-season. The immigration issue continues to befuddle and be-damn while healthcare for children goes back to the drawing-board. What will next week carry? Stay tuned. PS. I’m watching “Beat the Press” as I create verbally and the folks are mentioning Kellergate and the Meehan accommodate sale. They “covered” Keller and “whacked” the relationship while admiring the SUN community involvement.

Outrageous! $200.00 for a topiary rental- you don't change surface get to keep the darn plant for that determine only acquire it for a few hours!!! (Of course we crossed it off of the "Decorations Proposal"- but I still can't stop thinking about it!)So as I sit here in my living room contemplating whether or not I should elope. I decided to enter my journey to wedded bliss! There is really no intend to this communicate except to furnish me an outlet to vent and maybe create a revolutionary uprising of women against unfair wedding prices or WAUWP. No but really it is an alternative to expensive therapy sessions!Don't misunderstand me. I am incredibly excited to be married to the man I love. It is not due to a lack of education knowledge self-esteem or love. I undergo them all.
